Circles - a new type of mothers group

Ready to Rise Circles — Finding Your New Normal Who are you now that you're a mum? Having a baby changes so much more than your daily routine. Your identity, relationships, priorities, body, work, friendships and sense of time can all feel different. Sometimes you can love being a mum and still miss parts of your old life. Ready to Rise Circles are relaxed, small-group sessions created for mothers who want space to talk about their experience of motherhood — not just their baby. This month's Circle: Finding Your New Normal We'll explore the transition into motherhood and what it means to find a new sense of yourself after having a baby. Together, we'll talk about: • Changes to your identity and sense of self • Adjusting to new routines and responsibilities • Making space for the parts of you that existed before motherhood • The expectations we place on ourselves • Finding a balance that feels realistic for your life now This isn't about getting back to your “old self”. It's about working out what your life looks like now — and what matters to you in this next chapter.
