Aus Dancehall Dance Comp Naarm Prelims are here! Bringing the heat to Burncity for its 3rd year running the Aus Dancehall Dance comp will showcase the extraordinary talent of Naarm street dancers and bring community together for a night of positive vibez and love for Dancehall music, dance, and culture. In collaboration with Jungle City, Fulla Vibez, Aus Dancehall Community and supported by Cypher Culture. Dancehall dancers will have the opportunity to flex their skills in the categories of Dancehall Queen, Dancehall Solo, Dancehall crew and 1v1 battles with DJ Antagonize bringing the riddimz for each round, accompanied by our comp host Kitty Cat (Burncity Queenz). The 2026 ADDC – Naarm Prelims will be judged by Burncity’s Dancehall Royalty Tina De Melo, DHQ Gizzmery and Chuby Dice. Winning dancers will claim the title for Naarm’s Best Dancehall dancer in their respective category and receive cash prizes, trophies and giveaways on the night, plus automatic registration into the Nationals taking place in Sydney on Saturday 17th October. For Dancehall lovers and party people come down and cheer for your favourite dancers and be part of the vibez as we celebrate into the night with the official launch party of “Fulla Vybz”! Melbourne’s newest Dancehall bashment about to take Burncity by storm! The Party section of the night will feature legendary and new skool Dancehall Selectors Jesse I (Chantdown), DJ Outsider, DJ Nero, plus special guest hosts Zare Demus. The ADDC – Naarm Prelims and Fulla Vybz Launch party takes place on Saturday 26th September at Inflation – Main room 60 King St CBD Doors open 6pm. Comp starts 7pm sharp, DJ’s playing until Midnight. Registrations to enter the comp are now open, and tickets for spectators and party goers are released so book now and join us as we crown the Top Naarm Dancehall dancers for 2026 and welcome a new generation into the Dancehall Party FYA!
