Event Overview — AI & How to Thrive in This New Age In an era defined by rapid technological change, many of our daily actions are still driven by automatic, unconscious systems shaped long before modern life. These mechanisms influence how we react, decide, connect and pursue purpose — often without our awareness. This event is designed to illuminate why our actions can feel misaligned with our intentions, why purpose can feel difficult to access, and how we can regain clarity and authorship in a new world shaped by both human biology and artificial intelligence. Participants will: • Understand the Internal Agents that shape behaviour — the different cognitive and emotional systems that play distinct roles, operate independently, and often fail to communicate with one another. • Explore Each Agent’s Patterns through a guided spotlight session that demonstrates how these systems influence attention, emotion and decision-making. • Experience the Table Exercise, an immersive activity that allows participants to observe their internal responses in real time, build communication between these internal systems, and understand how AI can support reflection and self-awareness. • Learn Practical Communication Tools to recognise which internal driver is active, how to interrupt unhelpful patterns, and how to shift from unconscious reaction to deliberate action. The session concludes with Conquer Self & Thrive — twelve practical activities that help participants take ownership of their actions, strengthen alignment with personal purpose, and build a more intentional relationship with themselves in a world increasingly augmented by AI. This event blends psychology, self-awareness and emerging technology to equip participants with a clear, practical pathway for thriving in the next era of human development.
