Our Strength class is designed to help women build a stronger, more resilient body. Using functional movements, resistance training and proper technique, Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight and core work in a supportive, all-levels environment Date: Wednesday 28 October 2026 Location: JS Muay Thai - 23 Ann Street, Footscray Time: 7.00am - 8.00am Audience: Women What to bring: Towel and water bottle Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and indemnify the City of Maribyrnong and the program facilitator from any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from their participation in the program, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Council or the facilitator.
