Enjoy boxing element training mixed with HIIT! Learn and improve your boxing technique and skills with a highly motivated coach who does hands on focus pad training throughout the class. This class is for all levels of fitness and focuses on using boxing equipment and combined with some interval training Date: Wednesday 28 October 2026 Location: Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong) Time: 9.30am - 10.30am Audience: Women What to bring: Activewear, towel and water bottle (bring wraps and boxing gloves if you have your own) Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities.
