Beginning with breathwork, the experience flows into conscious dance Join us for an immersive experience of breath, movement, and meditation, guided by carefully curated music to help you reconnect with yourself and reset your body and mind. We begin with guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system and deepen your awareness. The journey then flows into conscious dance, inviting freedom, expression, and presence through intuitive movement in a safe and supportive space. We conclude with a guided meditation and integration practice, leaving you feeling grounded, energised, and refreshed. This experience is open to everyone—no dance or breathwork experience is required.
