Chakradance is a powerful inner journey through the chakra system—blending spontaneous dance, guided imagery, and mandala art to help you realign, restore, and reconnect with your soul. No dance experience necessary – just a willingness to explore. Held in a sacred space with a small group, it’s a beautiful invitation to come home to yourself. Bookings essential – spots are limited. This Month’s Journey: The Sacral Chakra This session will guide you through a water-inspired journey into your sacral chakra—your centre of emotion, creativity, and sensuality. Expect a dance that flows like water—sometimes slow and sensual, sometimes flirtatious and playful—with fluid movements of the hips and belly. You’ll be invited to explore your relationship with pleasure, emotion, and authentic expression. Each month, we focus on a different chakra—moving through all seven over time. You’ll embark on a deep inner voyage through the subtle energy body, exploring the layers of self connected to safety, sexuality, power, love, communication, intuition, and self-realization.
