A wellness, breathwork and sound collaboration event to raise money for mental health, supporting Beyond Blue. Breathe for a Cause | Beyond Blue Fundraiser Breath. Sound. Connection. Deep Rest. Come together for a beautiful and meaningful experience dedicated to raising awareness and funds for mental health, in support of Beyond Blue. Mental health is something that touches us all. As two people who have navigated our own mental health struggles, and have supported many others in this space, this cause is incredibly close to our hearts. We believe in the power of connection, community and creating safe spaces where people feel safe to slow down, express themselves and simply be. Join Jess Argyros and Amy Hedger, breathwork and nervous system educators and facilitators, for an immersive experience combining guided breathwork, healing sound, connection and deep rest. An opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and be part of something bigger. Because no one should have to navigate their mental health journey alone. Come as you are. Bring a friend or loved one. Breathe for yourself. Show up for others. We can't wait to share this experience with you.
