Breathwork and Reiki Journey

Breathwork & Reiki Journey Take a break from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in an evening dedicated to rest, healing, and nervous system regulation. This gentle session begins with guided down-regulating breathwork, using slow, intentional breathing techniques designed to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and shift the body into a state of relaxation. As your body settles, you'll be supported with Reiki energy healing to encourage deep rest, balance, and inner connection. This experience is suitable for beginners and anyone looking to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling more grounded, centred, and restored. Please bring: • A blanket for warmth and comfort • A pillow • A water bottle • A yoga mat if you have one (mats will also be provided) Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. I look forward to holding a safe, supportive space for you to unwind, reconnect, and simply be.
