We welcome everyone in the community to join us again at the Brimbank Community Disability Expo, brought to you by our national sponsor My Plan Manager! This free community event is designed to connect people living with disabilities, their families, guardians, support workers and disability providers. The expo will feature local disability providers ready to answer your questions, share insights, and provide services to support you with everyday life. This event also offers a fantastic opportunity for providers to network with fellow professionals in the local community. We also thank our state sponsor NDSP! There will be a wide range of services and products on display, from allied health and therapy providers, housing solutions, support services and more all aimed at helping you succeed on your journey. The first 200 people on the day will also receive a free barista made coffee, tea or hot chocolate! Who Should Attend? - People living with a disability seeking support and resources - Carers and guardians of people living with a disability - Support workers looking for local providers - Disability providers seeking networking opportunities On the Day - Meet with local Disability providers - Information stalls and expert guidance - Networking opportunities for professionals working in the disability industry Getting There & Parking: Our event will be held at Club Italia Sporting Club 128-132 Furlong Road, St Albans Get directions HERE Ample free onsite parking is available at the venue Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is located at Sunshine Hospital/Furlong Rd (Stop ID: 10213) which is a short walk from the venue. More detailed information on bus and train services can be found on the PTV website: www.ptv.vic.gov.au Photography Photography and video will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let one of our team members know on the day.
