Return to you - Breathwork & Connection - Activation

A safe space to breathe, move, explore & create space for growth. Sometimes we need space to slow down and regulate. And sometimes we’re ready to go a little deeper. Return to You is a mini Spring Series created as an invitation to pause, come back to yourself and reconnect with what you need. Across four different experiences, we’ll explore different ways of returning to ourselves through breath, movement, reflection, connection and simply creating space to be. This third session is about activation and creating space for growth.* This 90-minute experience is an opportunity to move energy, breathe a little deeper, explore what’s within and create space for whatever is ready to emerge. We’ll invite the body to move, the breath to shift and create a safe space to explore what comes up for you. What to expect: Arrive & settle in Come from 2:00 pm, enjoy a cup of tea and take some time to arrive and settle into the space. Connection & icebreaker A gentle activity to connect with each other and create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Movement & activation An opportunity to move your body and shift energy through movement. We’ll explore how movement can help us connect with ourselves and create space for whatever we might be carrying. Guided breathwork A more activated breathwork practice inviting you to go a little deeper, shift energy through the breath and explore what’s present for you. You don’t need to have any previous breathwork experience, simply come as you are and follow the guidance. Reflection & connection Enjoy some quiet time to ground, reflect and journal, or simply take some space for yourself. There will also be an opportunity to connect and share your experience with others, if that feels right for you. The timing 2:00 pm Arrive, tea & settle in 2:15 pm Experience begins 4:30 pm End of Event The guided experience runs for approximately 90 minutes, but we have the space a little longer, so there’s no need to rush away. Stay afterwards to connect, share your experience and enjoy some time together. Come as you are 💛 There’s nothing you need to prepare, achieve or get right. Bring yourself, a little curiosity and an open mind. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share or do anything that doesn’t feel comfortable. A note about the series This is Part Three of our four-session Spring Series: Return to You.* Each session will explore a different way of reconnecting with yourself through breath, movement and meditation, along with time to connect with the people around you. Come to one, or come along for the whole series. If you join us again, we’ll offer a special returnee discount as a little thank you for continuing the journey with us. *Each experience is designed as standalone event, you are welcome to book individually, there is no need to commit to the full serie Getting there Parking in the area can be restricted, but there is 2P and 4P parking available nearby. We recommend arriving a little early to give yourself time to find a spot and arrive feeling relaxed.
