She brings a consultative approach, extensive market knowledge and strong industry networks. Hannah Smit | Data, Analytics & AI Account Manager, Randstad Digital Hannah specialises in data, analytics and AI recruitment across Victoria, working with government, commercial and financial services clients. Before recruitment, she led enterprise teams in hospitality and tourism. Her experience as a hiring manager, candidate and recruiter informs her direct, practical approach. A regular DAMA attendee, Hannah focuses on helping professionals articulate their value through commercial outcomes, relatable examples and compelling storytelling.
