If you are keen on dumplings, you will love the Afghani version! Come and make Mantu & Aushak with us. Aushak are served for special occasions. A chive filling with a yoghurt-based sauce. The mantu is filled with lamb. Both use a wonderful thin dough that is easy to prepare. You will learn to make the dough and the filling as well as how to steam the dumplings and prepare the sauce, ready for presentation
