One on one session with one of MAC Health Club Instructors to go through the MyWellness Check-Up health assessment Date: Monday 26 October2026 Location: Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong) Time:7.00pm - 8.00pm Audience: Women What to bring: Towel and water bottle Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and indemnify the City of Maribyrnong and the program facilitator from any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from their participation in the program, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Council or the facilitator. Additional Information: Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated. If you are no longer able to attend your Maribyrnong Girls Can Week activity, please cancel your registration online.
