Yin & Sound with Saska Lily

Unwind your mind and body with soothing sounds and gentle stretches led by Saska. This class is designed to support your nervous system, encourage physical and mental release, and offer space to connect with your inner self. Together, we’ll move through: • A grounding Yin Yoga sequence • A guided Yoga Nidra (yogic rest meditation) to invite deep restoration • Followed up a relaxing Sound Bath Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, seeking calm, or simply in need of space to breathe, this practice welcomes you exactly as you are. Please note: yoga mats and props are provided, however you may wish to bring your own soft blanket or eye mask for extra comfort. All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
