HELD: The Nourished Energy Healers Circle

A nourishing space for Reiki and Crystal lovers to hold and be held through self practice, group healing and connection. Welcome to HELD | Nourished Energy Healers Circle. This is a regular gathering for Reiki and Crystal lovers to come together and connect through self practice and group healing. An opportunty for students of all levels, practcitioners and teachers to return to their own practices in a beautiful, nourishing community space. To receive healing from others and connect with others who also love this work. What to expect: You'll experience a blend of self practices and group work, with Reiki and crystal healing - both traditional and modern practices - at the heart of each gathering. But each gathering will unfold in its own unique way... intuitively guided by the energy of the group. So other modalities may be included such as gentle breathwork, meditation, journalling, sound and flower therapy. There's nothing to prepare and no expectation to be anything other than where you are. You're always welcome to bring a notepad, pen, crystals or other tools you're feeling called to include, and a water bottle. I look forward to meeting you there! Give what you can - suggested donation: $20 - $40 Your contribution supports: McAuley Community Services - An incredible organisation helping women and children. All my love Loretta
