A sensual movement workshop for women to connect with their bodies, awaken confidence, embrace their femininity & learn lymphatic practises Confidence flows when your body flows There is something powerful that happens when a woman feels truly connected to her body. In a world of constant comparissons, the pressure to always be productive, busy and switched on, many women lose touch with the part of themselves that is sensual, playful, soft, confident and free. House of Flo is where you can come back to your body through beautiful self serving movements. This immersive workshop blends feminine hip movement, body awareness and lymphatic wellness to help you reconnect with yourself in a supportive, judgment-free space. We'll begin with a nourishing warm-up designed to awaken the body and encourage lymphatic fluid to move through the body. From there, you'll learn a range of hip-focused techniques that help build confidence, coordination and body awareness. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. This workshop is designed for everyday women who want to move, feel good and explore their femininity without pressure or perfection. As the session winds down, we'll transition into a gentle lymphatic flow practice, using movement, breath and stretching to encourage healthy circulation and support the body's natural detoxification processes. You'll also learn simple self-massage techniques that can be incorporated into your daily routine to help support lymphatic drainage and overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking to feel more confident, reconnect with your body, embrace your feminine energy, or simply carve out some self love time, House of Flo offers a space to slow down, move freely and let your body do what it was designed to do - flow✨ Come as you are. Terms & Conditions In attending my classes, i trust that you are in a good health condition and that you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not engage in active or passive exercise. I am not medically trained or qualified to assess if you are in good physical condition and can exercise without risking your health, safety or comfort. If you have any doubts, I strongly urge you to seek expert advice before starting classes with me . Waiver: You understand there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from your participation with House of Flo and you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation. attendance at any of my classes confirms you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Refunds can be issued with up to 24 hours notice in advance. if you cancel a class within 24 hours of the class starting, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. if you are a no show and I haven’t heard from you prior to class you will not receive a refund. I film and/or photograph classes. Please tell me prior to class that you do not want to be filmed as it is possible that you will appear in these materials. If you do not let me know you do not wish to be filmed, by accepting this agreement, you allow me the unrestricted right and permission to use your image in printed or digital promotional materials including, but not limited to: websites, social media, flyers, banners and videos.
