JS Muay Thai Boxing (Maribyrnong Girls Can Week 2026)

Our women’s Boxing class focuses on technique, power and confidence. Learn footwork, defence and striking through pad work, combinations and conditioning drills. Suitable for all levels, it builds strength, endurance and self-belief in a supportive, women-only environment. Date: Friday 30 October Location: JS Muay Thai - 23 Ann Street, Footscray Time: 12.00pm - 12,45pm Audience: Women What to bring: Towel and water bottle (boxing gloves and wraps but not essential) Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely.
