It stems from my own experience of arriving in Melbourne 6 years ago and craving a tribe of adventure-loving women to explore the outdoors with. If you’re a migrant, expat, or local craving connection with like-minded women who love adventure, this place is for you 🌿 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ Who this event is for This Adventure Day is designed for women based in Melbounr who are already adventurous or want more adventure in their lives. No prior kayaking experience required and life jackets will be provided with the kayaks. 💫 The Adventure Circle After the kayak, we’ll gather for a cozy picnic and an intentional moment of connection. The Adventure Circle is a space held after the Adventure part of the day to slow down, reflect, and have the kinds of conversations we rarely make time for in everyday life. Through guided activities, prompts, journaling, and group sharing, we’ll reflect on the past month, celebrate moments that made us feel alive, and set intentions for the adventures we want to create next. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you want to, but the intention is to create a space where women can connect more deeply, feel inspired, and leave with new ideas, and friendships. 📆 Agenda 10am: Meet-up at Studley Park Boathouse 10:15am: Welcome & introductions 10:30am: Kayaking 12:00pm: Cosy Picnic 1:00pm: Intentions and Sharing Circle 3:00pm: End of the Adventure Day ✅ What’s provided Kayak Kayak safety briefing Life jackets Savory and sweet snacks for the picnic break Connection circle and guided adventure planning session A little surprise ✨ 🎒 What to bring Water bottle with at least 1L A change of clothes (in case you get wet) Sunscreen A sandwich Hat Notebook + pen Hey, I’m Ines 👋 Adventure has been the red thread of my life.
