Come walk with our accredited Exercise Physiologist Ruby Jory-Wright for a 40 minute social walk through Camberwell. All fitness levels and capabilities welcome. Members are encouraged to bring a non Kieser member. The first walking group of each month will partner with the Heart Foundation to fundraise to make a lifechanging contribution to heart health in Australia and promote an active lifestyle through strength training. Please arrive at Kieser Camberwell reception at 10:00am for a 10:05am start, finishing at approximately 11.00 am at a local cafe for a coffee afterwards.
