No awkward introductions here. 12:45pm Welcome to the Circle We'll ease into the morning with a gentle sensory experience to help you slow down, feel more settled and connect with your baby. 1:00pm Monthly topic Each Circle offers space for an honest, guided conversation around a monthly theme, exploring the parts of motherhood that feel relevant to you. Together, we'll reflect, share experiences and explore small, realistic ways to support your wellbeing, without adding more to your to-do list. 1:45pm A little wrap-up (and giveaways!) We’ll gently bring our Circle to a close with space for any final thoughts, and feedback before you take home a thoughtful self-care pack. Each pack is different, with items and experiences chosen to reflect the season of motherhood you’re in.
