Each region offers its own distinctive ingredients, techniques and flavours, from bright coastal ceviches and native Andean produce to the tropical fruits and botanicals of the Amazon. Across five curated courses, our chefs will explore the unique flavours of Peru's Coast, Andes and Amazon, with each course paired with a signature Pisco cocktail, showcasing the country's iconic national spirit.
