Harvest Moon: Tea, Sound & Intention As we move from the quiet of winter into the renewal of spring, we gather beneath the Harvest Moon — the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival — returning to the simple rituals of tea, reflection and togetherness. The full moon has long been a symbol of reunion, wholeness and seasonal turning. This evening invites you to slow down, reconnect within, and honour what is ready to be released and what you wish to carry forward. We’ll begin with a fragrant Pear & Osmanthus Tea, settling into the senses before journeying into a Guan Yin Moon Meditation accompanied by Tibetan sounds. Through meditation and a restorative sound journey, we’ll create space to quieten the outside world, listen inward, and reflect: What are you ready to leave behind? What do you wish to carry forward? As the evening comes to a close, we’ll gather again for intention setting, organic handmade mooncake and herbal tea — a simple ritual to celebrate the season and gently close the circle.
