Midweek Makings - Session 3: Carry your Colour - Paint a Bag

Make something useful that carries a little of you. Enjoy time away from screens and competing demands as you turn a calico bag into an everyday object with your own character. Try a favourite colour, a simple pattern, a word or a playful collection of marks. With Renae’s guidance, you’ll explore fabric painting without needing to be good at drawing. Templates and simple starting points can help; the design is yours to choose. There’s pleasure in the making - and in reaching for a bag you’ve made personal. Keep it for everyday outings or create a thoughtful gift. 60 minutes; no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. No previous session required. Newcomers welcome; each session stands alone. Arrival from 6:30pm | Session 6:45–8:00pm • Please arrive between 6:30 and 6:40pm to settle in. • The coworking-space doors lock at 6:45am, and late entry is not available.
