Wiring Warming (Wirin - spirit, in Noongar language) This workshop is for everyone, including performers, dancers, and movers of any kind. Led by MJ Anderson-Hyde, be present in the space and explore your own way of moving. Connecting body and spirit, softy. This workshop is a mix of discussion/yarning and guided movement. You are also welcome to observe if that is your preference. Bring some water, comfortable clothing and your beautiful wirin.
