Moving Through Change brings together people with disability, families, carers, health and community professionals, service providers and industry leaders for a day of connection, information, conversation and opportunity. Presented by UnitedTribe in partnership with The Able Group, the day features an interactive expo alongside one dedicated breakout room, with presentations and information sessions throughout. HOW WILL YOU BE PART OF IT? ATTEND Come along and experience the event. Meet organisations, discover services, hear from guest speakers and attend information sessions covering different stages and experiences of change. Attendance is free. Registration is required. EXHIBIT Showcase your services, meet participants and families, connect with Support Coordinators and professionals, and build relationships across the disability, health and community sectors. Exhibitor spaces are limited. BECOME A MAJOR PARTNER Major Event Partners receive an enhanced package for meaningful exposure before, during and after the event, including a prime exhibition location, a dedicated speaking session, a UnitedTribe podcast feature, a digital marketing package across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, recognition across selected event marketing, and additional marketplace space for one participant you support to showcase and sell their own products, artwork, crafts or goods. We're inviting speakers whose sessions fit the theme: hospital to home or community, child to adult supports, justice to community, rehabilitation and recovery, housing and supported living, changing support needs, mental health and wellbeing, employment and community participation, navigating major life changes, and lived experience of transition. We're also open to ideas we haven't thought of.
