Enjoy the opportunity to connect with other carers in a relaxed, non-judgmental space and enjoy the added benefits of being immersed in nature such as lower stress, improved mental health, and an overall feeling of wellbeing. • Strictly Carers only, this is your time. • Participants are expected to be able to walk independently for up to 55 minutes on various, challenging terrain. • Sorry no dogs allowed and no transport provided. • We advise participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable attire for all weather conditions. • Walks will take place in all weather except thunderstorms please dress accordingly.
