Offenbach’s blisteringly funny satire of celebrity, marriage and the gods - sung in English, trimmed for maximum mischief - staged as a concert in, fittingly, an Amphitheatre. Eurydice flirts with freedom, Orpheus fumbles his big moment, and Olympus discovers the joys of getting a little mud on its sandals. Join our Associate and Rising Artist cohort as they take on myth and mayhem Offenbach’s sparkling Orpheus in the Underworld reimagined: Orpheus in the Amphitheatre Concert starts at 2pm. A little bit cheeky...a lot of fun, and totally ACOCO - three fast‑flying acts in just 80 minutes (no interval). General admission - bring a cushion if you'd like more comfort. Outdoor event (All-weather - bring umbrellas and raincoats, if necessary) BYO food/drink (take rubbish home with you) Child-friendly
