Physique and Performance

Join us for another Physique & Performance Workshop. For this workshop we will be doing a squat analysis recap and then we will cover why people experience back pain when performing the Romanian Deadlift and how this is a great exercise to use as a progression model to deadlifting from the floor. We will also have Yurgen who has 10+ years of boxing experience taking everyone through a workshop boxing techniques in a group activity Lunch will be provide by Amber's Kitchen, serving delicious macro based meals from her new recipes of the month. Whether you're new to the gym or have years of experience these workshops are designed to help educate you on getting the most out of your training and nutrition.
