PlaySong | Connection • Play • Music

A 3 hour workshop run by Noah and Josh, exploring movement, play, music and connection. PlaySong was born from a pretty simple desire: to sing, to move, to play and to connect with other people. We wanted a space where we could come together, drop some of the usual inhibitions we carry around, and explore what it feels like to genuinely express ourselves in the presence of others. So, we created PlaySong. At the heart of PlaySong is the idea that we each have our own unique song. Sometimes that might literally mean using our voice. Other times our song might come through movement, rhythm, play, creativity, stillness, or simply how we show up. When we give ourselves permission to express that song alongside others, we believe there's an opportunity for something pretty special to emerge: moments where we feel deeply connected, alive and part of something together. A sense of communion.
