A Queer-affirming space - yin yoga, breath, meditation, deep rest, and community connection. Come exactly as you are, leave feeling rested. Join Lanie and Belinda from Queer Yoga Naarm for a Sunday afternoon of deep rest, connection, and community. This two-hour gathering will include an opportunity to connect with Queer community in a laid-back and welcoming environment. We will be offering yin yoga, breathing practices, meditation (yoga nidra), Reiki, gentle conversation, snacks, and a cuppa. The practice is trauma-informed, consent driven, and accessible, with options offered throughout to support different bodies, needs, and experiences.
