Baby Om/Yoga - Spring into Summer Series 2026

Bond, move, and unwind with Baby OM, a gentle yoga class designed for parents and their new babies. Enjoy simple stretches, movement, relaxation, and mindfulness activities that support postnatal wellbeing while encouraging connection with your little one. A welcoming and supportive space to meet other parents, build confidence, and share special moments with your baby. Suitable for: parents with babies up until crawling age. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket for your baby, water bottle and towel. This is a 4-week program, when you register you are RSVPing for all 4 weeks. DATES • Week 1 Monday 9 November 10 - 11am • Week 2 Monday 16 November 10 - 11am • Week 3 Monday 23 November 10 - 11am • Week 4 Monday 30 December 10 - 11am.
