Release & Receive Breath & Sound Immersion

Release & Receive is a 2¼-hour breath and sound immersion. It’s an invitation to step out of the usual rush, get comfortable and give yourself space to unwind. We’ll begin with guided breathwork to help you settle into your body, slow things down and make room for whatever you’re ready to release. T Then you will be eased into a soothing sound immersion, the gentle layers of sound and vibration washing over you as you rest and soften tension. We’ll finish with time to integrate, notice what’s shifted—or simply enjoy doing absolutely nothing for a bit. No pressure to transform your entire life by teatime. Just breathe, receive, and let the good vibes do their thing.
