Breathwork, Meditation & Sound Healing A 75 minute journey to help you slow down, reconnect and regulate your nervous system. This class blends breathwork, meditation and sound healing, gentle tools to bring you back into your body and out of your head. Come as you are, no experience needed. Carly is a wellness coach and reiki practitioner. Hands on reiki is offered in some classes, always optional, always your choice. This is your space to unwind, relax and reset.
