BARE: In your natural form

About the Experience BARE is clothing optional. Most guests are nude. Swimwear is welcome if you prefer it, and nudity here is treated as natural, neutral and non-sexual. It is a guided Finnish sauna ritual and magnesium contrast pool session in the natural human form, now led start to finish by Sauna Master Amanda, the same master behind our Aufguss Tuesdays. Water infused with pure essential oils is poured over the hot stones, and Amanda moves the steam through the room with choreographed towel work set to music. It builds in rounds, with planned breaks to cool in the pools between each one. A Global Wellness Norm Clothing free sauna is standard practice in Finland, Germany, Austria, Japan and South Korea, built on hygiene, respect and shared social norms rather than anything provocative. BARE invites Australia into that tradition. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, they are asked to leave. • A small sweat towel provided, with towel hire available if you want more coverage • Step out at any point you like. It is about feeling comfortable in your body, free from expectation or evaluation, and giving the mind a chance to slow down. Remove the layers and the external cues and attention returns inward. You arrive as you are. Wellness Social Club is a third space, somewhere outside of home and work to reset and feel supported. BARE is a natural extension of that. What to Bring • Towel (hire avialble on site) • Water bottle • Swimwear, if you would like the option Important Guidelines • All guests must complete the required waiver before attending • One ticket per transaction, so every guest reads the terms and completes their own waiver • Strictly non-sexual. No inappropriate behaviour of any kind, including touching, sexual activity or sexual intent • No phones, photography or recording • Shower thoroughly before entering the sauna or pools • Arrive 15 minutes early so you can shower and be seated on time • Sessions run with pure essential oils.
