Rhythms for the Soul – In-Person Event This space is for anyone and everyone who loves muisc, a space where you can move however you'd like, A space for freedom within your body, A space to connect with your loved ones and new connections through movemont. All cultures welcomed, individuals with special needs & families. This event you will be lightly guided at the start and end by a facilitator, Sarah Fisk through activities that are apart of Somatic Practice and inspired Azul Practice. You'll experience Ecstatic practice in a safe and comfortable approach way for all ages that will be comforting to each individual. There will also be shamanic drumming as part of the experience. What to bring ✨ Comfortable clothing you feel free to move in 💧 A water bottle 🌿 A sweat towel if you’d like one --A Little Extra Time-- The session begins at 2:00pm. As this is an in person practice experience, please allow yourself a little extra time to arrive, settle in and get comfortable before we begin. We understand that with little ones, staying for the full two hours isn’t always possible. There is no pressure to stay the entire time. You’re welcome to take toilet breaks, step outside for a short break, settle your child or leave a little earlier if needed. We simply ask that, where possible, loud conversations are kept outside the movement space so everyone can remain connected to their experience. This practice is an invitation to step away from the everyday chatter, the things that need to be done and the busy-ness of life and give yourself some time to be present, move and connect. 🌿 Event Space Rules & Respect Guidelines This is a space for respect, inclusion, expression and connection. 🤝 Inclusion & Respect • Everyone is welcome, including people with disabilities, different abilities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs and life experiences. • Respect each person’s differences, boundaries and individual way of participating. • Let go of judgement.
