An intimate gathering opening with warm ceremonial cacao and a heart-centred meditation to gently ground and relax. From there, you will be guided into gentle breathwork weaving in the sounds of the Tibetan bowls, journeying deeper into the hypnotic ocean drum and gong. Gentle Reiki energy is woven through the space, offering subtle alignment and deep rest.
