Sacred Women's Circle - Mondays

This local Women's Circle was created with the main intention of creating a space where women can come to find some relief in the noise of the world. This space was created with careful attention to the softness and nuture needed to help women open, release and turn inwards. There is a total of 6 sessions running over 6 weeks. Within the circle I use gentle movements to help the body release stagnant stored energy. I use guided meditation to help you drop in and connect. I use grounding techniques to bring you back into your body. This is a space for reflection and reconnection back to yourself. The most important person in your life. All women in the circle receive energy healing in the form of Alchemy and each week we work with a different theme and Chakra centre. I use the 8 elemental energies to bring change and transformation into your life. Each session runs for 60 to 90 mins.
