Saturday Art & Craft SEPT - Let it go! Worry Buddies

Small group facilitated art & craft workshop for fun, expression & self development. This month's session topic = Learn to let it go with your Worry Buddy We all have worries from time to time that might occupy our thoughts or create uncomfortable sensations in our bodies. Create your own Worry Buddy and Letting Go sheets to help you work mindfully with safely moving the focus of things on your mind towards being held lightly, letting go and finding a sense of greater inner peace. ____________________ The Saturday Art Creative Collective holds small group facilitated workshops for enjoying art expression, self development and discovery approximately once a month in Richmond, VIC. We explore the inner world and daily life in this safe, collaborative space. A new guided activity is offered by Christine of CGE Wellness each session, utilising art therapy processes and a range of art & craft techniques. Christine is an experienced and qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist, Counsellor & Psychosocial Support Wellness Facilitator with a passion for creative ways of working with the mind, body and soul.
