SOMANA - Thornbury

Join Tracy & Jesse, founders of the SOMANA Method & our emerging SOMANA practitioners for an immersive Himalayan breath and energetics. SOMANAHimalayan Breathwork & Energetic Experience An invitation to journey inward. Join Tracy Bee and Jesse, founders of the SOMANA Method, alongside our emerging SOMANA practitioners for a powerful collective experience at Prana House. Rooted in ancient Himalayan breathwork practices and woven with somatic awareness, meditation and energetic exploration, SOMANA invites you to move beyond the thinking mind and explore the wisdom of your body. Through intentional breath, sound, movement and energetic connection, we invite you to soften, surrender and discover what unfolds when you turn inward. Every experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others experience emotion, spontaneous movement or a greater sense of connection with themselves. There is nothing to perform, nothing to force and no particular outcome to achieve. What to expect • Guided Himalayan breathwork through the SOMANA Method • Meditation and somatic awareness • Energetic exploration supported by Tracy, Jesse and our emerging SOMANA practitioners • Time to rest, integrate and reconnect with yourself Whether you're new to this work or have experienced it before, you're welcome exactly as you are. Inward is the way. Date: Sunday 29 November 2026 Time: 2pm to 4pm Location: Prana House, Melbourne Facilitated by: Tracy Bee, Jesse and emerging SOMANA Method practitioners. We look forward to sharing this experience with you. 🤎
