This workshop offers time, guidance and space to explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion and practise new ways of relating to yourself. What we’ll explore together Throughout the afternoon, Sonia will guide you through three stages: ROOTS · Recognising the patternThrough Family Constellations and guided reflection, explore how family experiences, beliefs and familiar roles may influence your relationships and choices today. WINGS · Exploring a different responseExperience guided hypnosis, somatic practices and 9D Breathwork, with opportunities to notice your responses, connect with your body and participate at your own pace. BECOMING · Bringing insight into everyday lifeClose with sound healing, grounding and reflection. Consider what you want to carry forward whether that is a clearer boundary, greater self-compassion or one practical change. This afternoon may be for you if… • You often put other people’s needs ahead of your own. • You notice familiar difficulties repeating in relationships. • Saying no brings guilt or fear of disappointing someone. • You want space to explore family patterns without blame. • You’re curious about an experiential approach to personal growth. The intention is to support greater awareness, a felt experience of the practices and a meaningful next step. Each person’s experience will be different. You choose your level of participation No previous experience with Family Constellations, hypnosis or breathwork is needed. You can attend on your own. You will never be required to share personal details or join an exercise you do not feel ready for. She brings together her experience in guided subconscious work, body-based practices and spiritual exploration.
