Sound Healing at Rippon Lea Estate - BLOOM, Garden Sound Bath with Romy

Celebrate spring immersed in nature and soothing sound on the great lawn of Rippon Lea Estate for a divine morning of relaxation Celebrating the Four Seasons at Rippon Lea Estate, I will be offering outdoor garden sound baths quarterly. A seasonal ritual to connect with yourself, the rhythm of nature, and each other. Accompanied by the morning song of the Grey Fantail bird, you are invited to a spring Sunday morning garden sound bath. We will have exclusive access to this beautiful estate before it opens to the public. You arrive by 9am and stroll up the winding path under the 100 year old Algerian Oak trees, making your way to the Great Lawn, carrying your yoga mat, blanket and pillow. You lie down on your mat, cover your body and eyes and travel into deep relaxation led by a soothing, flowing soundscape with the gentle hum of wind, leaves, insects and birds. Vibrations of sound and nature bathe your body and mind. I will be playing a gentle combination of my crystal quartz singing bowls, wind gongs, rainsticks, comfort drum, earth and fire chimes weaving through the group so you can feel the sounds in your body. After the sound bath you are welcome to linger and either picnic within the grounds or go for a meditation walk through the fernery or to the waterfall to sit for a moment in self presence, absorbing and integrating the vibration of nature around you. Minimum Age: 16 years old If it is wet, the event may not go ahead. In that case, you will have the option to relocate to Romy's studio in St Kilda East (on the same day) or to receive a refund of $65 (Eventbrite fee non-refundable). During the week before the event, you will receive an email from Romy (Sound Healing Melbourne) with directions to help you find the lawn location. About me: My name is Romy Paltoglou. I am a Peter Hess Klangmassage ® Practitioner and sound bath facilitator based in Melbourne offering weekly sessions from my studio in St Kilda East, corporate clients and at other special pop-up venues around Melbourne.
