Sound Healing- Full Moon in Aries Sound Bath & Fire Ritual

Join an intimate group in a candle lit private studio for a divine night of sound & stillness under the energy of the full moon in Aries The Aries full moon is said to be full on. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac so this full moon marks the start of the next 12 months lunar cycle. When there is a full moon, we release, we forgive. It is not always someone else we forgive, it may be to forgive ourselves and with that we let go of the energetic ties to the past so we can make space to manifest our future. This months full moon sits between Neptune and Saturn taking us from dreams to reality. This is a powerful moon to work with, to release. You are invited to join an intimate group in a candle lit studio for a night of sound, stillness, reset and connection. In this session, we will work with breath, sound and fire to navigate the energy of this full moon together, connecting to ourselves and each other to ride out this storm, release and reset our nervous systems so we can handle unexpected situations and change. This sound bath is gentle and therapeutic. The types of instruments and technique of playing creates a smooth, deeply resonant environment where you feel secure trusting you are safe, then sink into the sound, surrendering as you are carried into a deeply grounded trance-like state. The soundscape will be focussed on the heart space. My Intention is to sooth you into a deep state of relaxation where self-healing can occur. At the end of your sound journey, you will gently and gradually be led out of your relaxation with the sweet sounds of the Koshi chimes and the earth and fire Svaram hanging chimes as you return back into your body, onto the mat and into the room. Following the sound journey, we take a moment to write down, in private, the things we wish to release. These are not shared. We move these thoughts from the head, out of the body, and onto the paper. We then quietly step outside to a small fire and, in a circle, take turns throwing the papers into the fire, watching them burn and be carried away by the pull of the full moon. About the Venue: This session is offered to an intimate group of up to 13 guests. All mats, pillows, and blankets are provided at the studio. It is located near the corner of Orrong Rd and Alma Rd. Upon booking, the address will be sent to you via email. Your sound journey begins as soon as you enter the gate. There are hanging bells that you gently tinkle as you make your way to the cave-like space. Take your time under the bells. Due to uneven stepping stones, this event is not suitable for those who are mobility impaired or heavily pregnant. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 6:50 pm to settle into your spot. The gate will be locked at 7:10 pm to avoid disruptions to the session. Please avoid wearing perfumes and scent to the sound bath.
