SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA WORKSHOP with Cobb Lane

A hands-on workshop with Cobb Lane, presented at Mount Zero HQ as part of the November Zero Waste Market. Cobb Lane knows how to make great focaccia! In this one-hour workshop, Cobb Lane baker Jaume will guide you through the process of making sourdough focaccia before putting the dough in your hands. You'll learn how to handle, stretch and dimple slow-proven dough, then create your own focaccia using Mount Zero extra virgin olive oil, olives and other delicious toppings. Take home your freshly baked creation, along with a Cobb Lane recipe card and step-by-step instructions to recreate it yourself.
