About this event

Experienced instructor Siew leads a calming morning Tai Chi session promoting physical health and mental well-being. This intermediate class welcomes participants of all ages who possess some prior experience. The gentle exercise takes place outdoors in Logan Reserve or indoors at Louis Joel depending on the weather.

Join us for a calming and rejuvenating morning session of Tai Chi led by the experienced instructor Siew. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical health and mental well-being and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Please note; this is an intermediate class for people with some Tai Chi experience. If you are a beginner, you are encouraged to join the 11.15am class - register directly with Siew. Class runs in Logan Reserve when the weather is fine; indoors at Louis Joel when the weather is not so fine! Thursday 8 October to Thursday 17 December (9 weeks): No class on 29/10, 19/11 This is an 9-week course: $54 concession / $72 full fee
