Spring Wyndham Active Holidays - Come and Try Taekwondo (9 to 14 years) 30 September

Looking for a fun and active school holiday activity? Join KIK'N Taekwondo for a beginner-friendly introduction to Taekwondo. Participants will learn basic kicks, blocks, movement skills and simple self-defence techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Through fun activities and games, children will build confidence, coordination, discipline and respect while experiencing the benefits of martial arts. No experience is required and all abilities are welcome Please bring: • a drink bottle with water • wear comfortable clothing you can be active in Sign up today, and tell your friends. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation.
