StART with ART - Session 1: Mark & Notice

You've earned it; an hour for yourself, not your to-do list. When your days are full of decisions, screens and looking after everything else, making a few simple marks offers somewhere different to place your attention. This is time to pause, enjoy working with your hands and notice your own pace, without needing to achieve anything. Join Renae for 60 gentle minutes with pencil and ink markers, a brief mindful arrival and space to explore freely. Free from pictures to copy, and the idea of being good at art. You'll likely leave feeling a little lighter and notice you've had a little breathing space. A small group of no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. Keep your work private or share by choice. This is creative wellbeing, not clinical art therapy. Make room for yourself. Come once or return regularly. Every session is a fresh beginning. Arrival from 6:00am | Session 6:15–7:15am • Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:10am to settle in. • The coworking-space doors lock at 6:15am, and late entry is not available.
