New Moon Sound Meditation

Duration: 1.5 hours Please note: We tend to use more Palo Santo during our Full and New Moon Sound Meditations so if you have sensitivities to smoke, this event may not be suitable for you. This Sound Meditation is hosted on a New Moon where together we harness it's magnified power, making it easier for us to enter deeper and prolonged states of meditation. The New Moon's energy is about new beginnings and welcoming new energy into our lives. Mirosuna’s Sound Meditation is a deep relaxation experience for those who are stressed or need unwinding and recharging. They are highly effective for you if you struggle to get out of your head and get some restful sleep. Walk into an ambient room that will immediately help you become present in the space, then let us take you through a deep meditation and relaxation session that will have you drifting into deep trance. During your experience you will receive: • a guided meditation experience • a sound bath in the live tunes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls • aromatherapy TO BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS: Click on 'STORE' in the Mirosuna app and select the quantity of tickets you need. Please then email [email protected] with your guest's full name and email so we can transfer them the ticket. Let us know if it is a surprise so that they don't receive an email notification. IF YOU ARE COMING WITH SOMEONE: If you want to be next to each other, arrive earlier so you can pick a spot together. Please ensure your guests bring all the necessary props.
