The 9 Palaces Workshop

Explore the Nine Palaces — an ancient Chinese Medicine life map to discover what matters now and consciously shape your next chapter. What if midlife isn’t asking you to reinvent yourself, but to realign with who you are now? The Nine Palaces is an ancient Chinese Medicine framework for exploring the nine key areas of life — from health, relationships and purpose to creativity, prosperity and adventure. In this experiential workshop, you’ll reflect on what still feels aligned, what you may have outgrown, and where life is asking for more of your attention. Think of it as a life map for your next chapter — helping you see where you are now, what matters most, and where you want to go from here. Bring a cushion or bolster and your favourite journal for reflections. Free street parking.
