Speakers Colin Brooks MP (Keynote) Treasurer of Victoria | Member for Bundoora Colin Brooks MP is Victoria's Treasurer and Minister for Industrial Relations, and has represented the electorate of Bundoora in the Victorian Parliament since 2006. Prior to entering Parliament, Colin worked as an electrician before serving in local government and advisory roles focused on community outcomes. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held a range of senior leadership positions, including Speaker of the Victorian Legislative Assembly and several ministerial portfolios. As Treasurer, Colin plays a key role in shaping Victoria's economic and fiscal policy, with responsibility for the State Budget, economic growth, investment and financial management. Pauline Richards MP Member for Cranbourne | Parliamentary Secretary for Health Pauline Richards MP has represented the electorate of Cranbourne in the Victorian Parliament since 2018 and currently serves as Parliamentary Secretary for Health. Prior to her election, Pauline worked across local government, parliamentary advisory roles and community advocacy. Her professional experience spans public policy, health, community services, manufacturing and corporate sectors. As the local Member for Cranbourne, Pauline is a strong advocate for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne's south-east and has a long-standing interest in supporting local families, businesses and community development.
